Correct me if I'm thinking wrong here, but, with a washable, scrubable flat finish paint, wouldn't this require sanding to get a good adhesion? I'd think this type of paint (scrubable) would resist adhesion, rather than acting as a primer. (My thinking here was this wasn't sanded, which would only increase any inherent problems with the Behr peeling)
