Hello. I recently took up a carpet I had in my livingroom. The dog had pee'd on it and also the kids had spilled juice on it over the years. Well, needless to say, there are stains. We want to have the floor refinished. We have spoken to a man who refinishes floors and he says to put bleach on the spots to see if they go away. Another guy tells me to buy Lysol in the hardware store and put that on the stain. I guess it's what they did in the "old' days. Will any of these tricks work or is there a better cleaner? The refinisher says even if the stains do not come up, that the floor will still look good after it is refinished. Can you offer any suggestions? I appreciate it!! Don Belanger
