Has anyone ever stained interior doors a wood tint and left their trim painted white? We just installed french interior doors that lead into my office. This room is located to the right as soon as you enter the home. We have white trim and doors throughout the house but the decor of the house is more rustic with darker oak colored furniture and wood blinds. We stained the new interior doors oak but are not sure if this will appear odd. Also, we are not sure what color to paint the frame that the hinges are on...should we match the white trim or the stained doors? Thanks!
