If you are the least bit crafty, you can make your own stained glass with Gallery Glass (TM). It is sold in most craft stores. It is really easy, just buy the liquid gels and the molds and squeezed some gel into a mold and let it dry overnight, then peel it out of the mold and press it onto your window. You can combine pattterns that you make from the molds with just painting some gel over larger spaces on your window and add black lines to simulate the lead and voila! instant stained glass, and cheap.

I put a diamond-shaped cut glass look pattern with sage green accent corners into the small security window in my front door. I would eventually like to replace it with the real thing, but for now it serves the purpose of giving me more privacy, it gets compliments, and most people don't notice that it is a fake!

Good luck.
