You're best bet may be to take off a door and head down to your local hardware store. They can help you match wood and stain to the existing cabinets. Don't take their word for it entirely, though: get a small piece of the wood they suggest, and a small amount of the stain, then experiment with those to make sure the match is acceptable to you. Then you can go all out with new moldings and such.
