Tucker, nope; they'll go right through it. However, you could take wire mesh (similar to what's often used in rabbit hutches) and place it over the opening, then use the foam to seal the hole and help hold the wire in place.

If you can deter them for long enough, they do finally give up and look for a new home.....but could still be on your house! If they persist, call your local animal control; they will loan you traps, and will come relocate them as they are caught if need be.
