Hi, I would suggest fibre glass/Rockwool material
because sound will have a hard job passing through
If you use polystrine type board, which is hard and
strong the sound will pass but not heat/cold, but thats
not your problem, give your self a little test...
hold some polystrine to your ear and tap the board.
then do the same with fibreglass (cover the fibre glass
with plastic first) or you will be scraching your
ear for a long time.. and hear the differance.
Then David... its up to you..
