Hollow doors are cheap in construction, so you may try to aquire a blue print of or have one of those stud finders to know where the pieces of wood to make the door a door. Anyways, expanding foam is the only way that I know would work cheaply enough, other than buying expensive doors. Even solid wood doors would not be as sound resulant of what you may require. I would have done this without using the stud finder, but I know even 3.25 of a insulated door is better than nothing.
