Schluter Ditra is a uncoupling/waterproofing membrane, not a sound proofing system. For specs see http://www.schluter.com/english/products/h6.1-ditra.htm.

Cork underlayment can provide excellent sound proofing as well as other benefits and is a TCA approved sound abatement product.
