These days, the asbestos subject in the home has been quietly making the news. One way it has had a great impact is in the sale of a home.
There's a form called the Seller's Disclosure Form that is currently required in a lot of states. In my state of PA, it may be law by the Fall. It would require the home seller to disclose their knowledge of asbestos in the home to a perspective buyer. If you say YES, well, you may lose the deal. If you say NO, you could be setting yourself up for a lawsuit. IMHO, I say to get rid of it. By wrapping it, you may distube it enough anyway to warrant its removal. It's expensive but not too expensive considering what you're dealing with. Besides, you're covering up a hazard, and down the road you may regret it.
Just my $.02. My best to ya and hope this helps.
PS: Sorry, but I don't know of the product you're asking about.
