Something has shifted

Could you get a wood file or rasp or some course sand paper and sand down the edges that catch and then repaint or stain?

You could even cut with a coping saw the leading edges that catch and not have the staining or painting.

Has the Lazy Susan mechanism slipped either forward or backward? Are any screws loose or missing that could have caused this to shift?

Has either of the side cabinets shifted or moved? If so, shim them back.

Many things that could happen, just a few things to look at.
