Waggner is the bottom of the line in all sorts of paint sprayers, rollers, and other things. Not saying they are not good, they just are cheaper and have limited uses.
Most of their products do not atomize the paint enough to stop the spitting and sputtering. If you want to do a good job on your home and you do not want the expense of buying a good sprayer, then consider renting one.
Sprayers are 10 times faster than a brush and 4 times faster than a roller, but they do need an experienced sprayer. Over spray is one big problem.
Cleaning is also a very important part of maintenance. On my rig, I have to run about 5 gallons of water through it to properly clean it out. Cleaning takes about 45 minutes or less.
When you rent a spray rig, get all the face to face instructions then go home and fill a five gallon bucket full of water and practice spraying your fence with the plain water. A shield works very well to control over spray.
