If any of the windows open, you can start looking on all the 'sides' of the OPENED windows for mfgr. 'stamps' or 'labels' and such. Or, look in BETWEEN the panes on that 'strip of metal' for 'stamps' or labels. You need to know the mfgr., I'd say, before you can do anything. Another idea is to check with the previous owners. At worst, maybe they can tell you who installed them and go from there. You'll need to do some detective work to get the mfgr.'s name. Or, if you can find out who installed them, perhaps THEY can can do the work. Maybe even a neighbor or 2 has similiar windows. Check w/them too.

Other than that, you'll have to call a pro out to see if they can be 'identified'. My best to ya and hope this helps.
