Depending on the inside height of the garage, you may be able to raise the tracking. IF you want to do that, you'll have to raise the opener too. The opener must be level with the tracking. As for changing the angle, I'm not sure if that's an option.
In the house where I grew up, we had the same problem with our family pick-up truck going into our garage. Our only option was to 'prop' a 2x4 up under the door's bottom when it was all the way up, and drive in. The opening into the garage was narrow enough that you could drive in as far as the cab, then reach out the window and grab the 2x4, then prop up the door the rest of the way. Oh, the good old days!
