For GLASS lenses, Nitromethane (racing fuel) is the most effective solvent for dried cyanoacrylate adhesives (superglue). You might be able to get some from a hobbiest. Acetone or ethyl acetate are more likely available at home or your local hardware and should work. If you use plastic or carbonate lenses solvent may damage them.
