People come into my store looking for flooring solutions, when it comes to stains on carpet there are only a couple choices.
1) cut out the stain and patch in a piece, that looks as bad as the stain does and it cost them a minimum labor charge.

2) replace the carpeting, no matter if it is a day old or 20 years old.

3) call your insurance company and see if they cover it.

I am not in the insurance business I am in the flooring business, and I help my customers first.
