Bought the unit from Sam's. About 500 lbs shrink-wrapped to a pallet. For the money ($700), it is a great deal to get this much storage AND a floor. Comes with two sky lights and four shelves. Extra plastic shelves are priced very high ($60 for four) -- but alas, you almost have to have them so I will buy a set. Took me and a friend about 3 hours (not 1) to assemble.

The workmenship is very low tolerance. Holes barely match up and are full of shavings, screws are just long enough and mustn't be overtightened, and finger clearances are a real knucklebuster -- had to use needle-nose pliers to turn most screws. The roof "truss" was such an interesting challenge that we finally had to use drywall screws to keep it in place while we positioned the roof. And there are these challenging locking rings holding the walls to the floor that fall beneath the floor if you don't have them lined up perfectly. Real pain to retrieve and replace once the floor has some weight on it.

Still a thumbs up, but NOT a project for you and a wife if you don't have a sense of humor.
