Small home heat

That is a very small building 15x15. A well-insulated building this size doesn't require much heat. Electric heat, although the most expensive fuel, will be reasonable bill, and cost little to install. A small gas-fired furnace will do the job, but require a water heater. A boiler/water heater combination will do it all with very low operating cost. Ask a few contractors which is the best way and get estimates.
