Al,visit for all your hot water needs. The RA-22 or 28 will take care of all your needs if an electric unit is needed. If you must use gas, then the Bosch Aqua-Star 125 or 170 tankless units will heat all your water. The biggest Seisco unit is rated at 28kw & 95,554 btu is 99.5% efficient, weighs only 20lbs & never runs out of hot water! I sell both brands. E-Mail me or call me at 800 851 9891 for prices. Cheers, Brian Wood, @ Hot or Not Marketing Inc'.
