SIP's vs. Stick Framing

We're researching for a new home to be built starting this April 2003. I've been considering SIP's (structural insulated panels). My question concerns stick framing and using expanding spray foam insulation at external walls and roof or ceiling compared to SIP's. The both offer fantastic R values and structural integrity... Stick framing and spray insulation appear to be 5-10% cheaper overall.. Should we spend the extra $$$$ for SIP's considering all factors (R value, cost, structural integrity, time under roof, etc.)
