Sinking Foundation at the center of the house

Our house is sinking inwards. We were unaware of it when we purchased the house and want to stop it from continuing. The outside of the house appears to be fine at this point, but we do not want it to get any farther than it already is. Any suggestions as to how we can remedy the cituation. The ground can get quite wet under the house, so the previous owner had a sump pump installed. He unfortunatly did not run any lines to collect the water and only set it up to remove the water that made it to the pump. I am going to install a few drainage pipes to assist the water in finding it way out, but I want to raise the foundation, and level out the house. Can this be done? I welcome all suggestions.
