I would suppose that you will need to clearly remove all the debris and anything that would impede the asphalt from sticking.

I would even get my caulking gun and load up about three tubes of roofing tar and squiggle it down on the concrete first.

Then I would build some forms to contain my angles and then fill up the forms with asphalt.

How are you going to pack the asphalt? Are you going to use hot asphalt? I would think that this would be very important to at least have a way to pack the stuff down.

Then I would lay a pvc pipe down in the curb area so that water would at least drain through the ramp and not create a big dam.

Just some thoughts.
