September must have been a bad month for ordering. Out of three windows I ordered, two of them were made two inches larger than the purchase order specified. The third one which was the proper size has the grills slightly misaligned vertically between upper and lower along with a messy weld in one corner. The worst part about the whole experience is that Home Depot never picked up the errors and I had to return the two windows after getting them home. My advice is to inspect an order carefully at Home Depot. To their credit, Home Depot did handle the return efficiently. The windows do go in easily and are a cost effective retrofit.
