After 3 months of waiting, a representative finally came and inspected our windows. We had a bay with a pane that had lost it's gas and a garden windo, with a pane, lost gas, two sides streaking and the base board rotting out. They replaced the pane in the bay window. now three weeks later, we finally got a response on our garden window. It's our problem. the rep took a picture. said the humidity level was high in our house. causing the condensation. after reading all of these condensation problems. I would say, it is a manufacturing defect. And Silverline should stand behind their product if it is so great. I'm very upset.
