Our new home is just over a year old and the warranty has expired. I was going to pull out and replace the adhesive caulk that the builers use to cover up all their mistakes. When I pulled it from the bottom of the shower stall where the wall meets the tile shower floor, water came seeping out and continued to seep all day. It apears as if water has somehow gotten behaind the tile. Is this possible as the grout between the wall tiles looks good. Do you suggest removal of the tile.
Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated. Nancy
