Tom, I don't know enough about wiring to advise you on how to wire it but I will tell you what I know. I have a 15 amp circuit where my 10" Delta contractors saw is plugged in. This draws a nominal 15 amps but if I have not run my saw in a long time, just turning it on will pop the breaker. After the first time, I have no problem unless I an trying to go thru a really big piece of Southern Yellow Pine. This means I have to figure which one of 3 breakers popped. Never had a problem on hard wood so the "stickyness" of the pine may add to the problem. Go with the 20 amp circuit but be sure it is done right. I am going to add a 20 amp circuit soon.
