If you've had any issues with your Janitrol heat pump, then you might want to consider finding another service tech and get a second opinion on the installation of the unit. A heat pump is only as good as the installing contractor. Janitrol is known as the most forgiving equipment in the industry, Which means that if the installer doesn't know what he's doing, at least the Janitrol stands a better chance of running even with a bad installation.
