Sewer Gas

I live on the 32nd floor of a building that is 55 stories tall. I have lived in this apt. for 14 years. For nine of those years the second bathroom was used but the bathtub was not used. At that time there was NO SMELL. In the last 4 years I have had a smell of sewer gas, that has continully gotten worse, in that it comes back almost immediately after I have had water running in the tub and the sink.
Can you think of any way to get rid of the smell that either I can do, or that possibly this building can do. As of right now I am running water full blast 24/7, which is noisy for me, but at least it doesn't hurt my health as the gas does.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
Pamela May
