I have had my unit for approx. 10 years. On 12/15/02 I went to Sears in Ft. Walton Bch. Florida, to ask about the sending/receiving parts for the unit. They directed me to their warehouse. The problem that I'm have is that I can let my garage door up and it does not want to go down. In order to get it down I have to press and hold the inside or outside key pad. My hand held openers will only allow me to let my door up. Can yoU HELP ME!!!!!.

- The receivng/sending unit I purchased from the ware house did not work. Consequently, I put my old sending unit back on and used one of the new receiving receptals. I 'm getting a light on the receiving unit side and it still does not want to operate in the up/dowm motion.
