My question is for Dennis Preisler.
I have a 1927 Sears Crescent model house that has been in my family since it was new. My grandfather was the building inspector for both Ford Motor Company and Redford Township Michigan. In 1929 he found the home while re-building the Bostford Inn for Henry and Clara Ford to entertain.
The poor fellow that built the house lost it during the depression and my grandparents were the first occupants.
The house is in near perfect original condition and I am planning on selling the house this year and I was wondering if there is any historic value?
I have talked to a real estate agent and he didnít think there was any additional value, in fact because the house is surrounded by smaller starter homes he appraised it less than comparable homes in the area.
Dennis, I would appreciate any information you might be able to give me regarding my house and itís true market value.

Best Regards,
Helmut A. Lint
