Hi Betsy,

Yes, you'd be surprised at the number of times that a question was asked, and answered. Sometimes, that's the reason you don't see an answer to a Post. Us 'regulars' kinda get smokey at times because we get tired of repeating ourselves. It's the same way w/kids, if you know what I mean. ;-) Depending on the day, and the 'mood' of the Follow-upper, one may not get an answer to their Post. :(

Put in some key words and click the "go" button. If you don't find your answer in the Knowledge Base, then BY ALL MEANS ask 'us'. We're here and you already know where to find us.

You know, it's quite possible that your question (topic) was never asked here before.
