We are having major problems with them. Our windows were installed in May, 2002. 6 of the screens were not made correctly. It is now November and 4 re-orders later and they still have not been made correctly.
Getting hold of the customer service rep is difficult and he doesn't return phone calls.
I am trying to get the name of the president of the company so I can write to him. Maybe he isn't aware of these quality problems.
We shouldn't have to deal with American Craftsman. We bought the windows from Home Depot and they should have sent someone out here to take measurements, not re-ordering from the prder form.
