Don't do anything until the truss mfg has been contacted. However, it seems strange that your trusses vary that much. Trusses are made in a fixture and every one should be nearly identical. Is it possible that yours were made on site by the rough in carpenters? Or is your problem one of deflection? Trusses are USUALLY stronger than dimension lumber for the same application unless they have been misapplied. Also, they should be tied together with stringers to prevent twisting motion over long spans.
Your solution may very well work to level the floor, but probably not the deflection issue.
Good Luck,
