I wanted to add on other thing. Nails do ease their way out of the drywall in all homes. Sometimes when this does happen, you can get a nail set and seat them further in the rock but not to tear the paper. If you want to be sure, insert a rock screw right next to the popper and screw it in and have the head overlap that old nail and this will hold it down. Once the move and you set them back they have lost their hold. Sometimes I even pull that nail, spackle the hole and nail a new nail up or down a couple of inches from the contaminated hole for a good hold.
