I have an old barn on my property. It is 200 years old or so. It is leaking terribly . I know it needs a new roof and probably trusses. My question is, where do I begin. There is no foundation !! Do I put on a new roof first to stop it from leaking , or do I put in a foundation. I was told I need a company to lift it so I foundation could be put it. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to find a company that can lift an old building. This barn is not on a huge piece of land. It is sitting on a lot line in a congested area. I live in Gloucester, Ma. thanks for any help . Opps, sorry If I am in the fix a faucet persons comments. I couldn't leave a message any other way!!
