You bet there is Rob ! Just make a few phone calls . Glass shops get a lot of $ for that glass , the more defects like bubbles the better .
I am a woodworker and have used old glass in many of my pieces , its a nice touch . It is a little tricky to cut and is slightly more brittle than modern glass but there is a demand for it .I wouldn't even bother removing it from the sashes just set them aside and let your buyer deal with it. The whole sashes can even be made into cabinets for an "instant aged " look ( maybe in your kitchen ? )
