I will be renting out a house that has wood floors that need to be cleaned up. I am considering refinishing them. However, I found a product on the internet that claims to be a "one day system for cleaning and re-coating hardwood floors without the mess and inconvenience of the traditional sanding process". It claims to be a "four-step system for refinishing wood floors in half a day". The "Floor Miracle" system involves 4 steps of (1) Pre-application cleaner #1, (2) Preapplication Cleaner #2, (3) Bonding Coat, and (4) Top Coat. The cost for this product is $125 for enough supplies to do a 300-400 square foot area. If you look at the website, it claims to do a great job. Do you have any knowledge or experience with this product?? Are there similar products on the market?? I would appreciate any thoughts on this. The website where you can view this product is Thanks for your help.
