Hi,

Wanted advice on 8 year old deck. Every year I nuke
the deck with this bleach/cleaner from Olympia. It
does a great job on the mildew & dirt. Then, I hit
it with a good coat of Behr's NWF clear, from HOME DEPOT.

I was thinking about sanding the deck this year, because I've
been noticing the wood starting to split, and more frequent
splintering.

First question: How offen, or should I even by sanding my pressure
treated deck?

Second question: Should I be using a floor sander, like
the ones they use for inside the house?

Finally, What grits of sand paper should I use for this job?

Thanks!
