Sagging roof..

the outside walls are plumb and straight.. No there where no roof truss's design of the home.
Picture a raised ranch but you enter though the back, your main floor is ground level and then on the back side of the home you have 2 sets
of stairs one going up to the bedroom area and the other going down to the family room..The ground floor or the livingroom kitchen and diningroom
have the vaulted cieling other wise you could not get to the upstairs.. The only thing sagging is the center, and after looking a little closer I think most of the problem is in venting and rotting timbers and plywood..
So here is my plan of attack, from inside jack the roof back to it's normal height then ripe off all plywood and singles then sister new 2X6's to the old lumber and install bridging every 4'then reroof..
Well lets hope for the best....
