Wick is right but there is one thing that you should also check before you plane. It sounds like you might have the screws pulling out of probably the jamb but possibly the door. Check to see if there is any looseness at all where the hinges fit into their mortises. It' amazing how much the door can sag from only a few thousanths of an inch of looseness. If this is the problem, take one screw out and to a good home center. Tell them that you want 3 screws the same number/diameter as the sample and as long as they have. Then replace one screw in each hinge with the longer screw.
