unfortunately, WD-40 ain't the best at penetrating rust and loosening things stuck together from oxidation...a product called PB Blaster is hands down, the best I've ever used...and having been in the car biz for 25 years...I've used just about everything. Heat from a good quality heat gun or a propane torch is ok too...just be careful with the open flame. Also, when it does start to break free, follow davids advice about moving it a little at a time until totally free...tapping with a hammer is also good!!
