We live in Indianapolis and are the most recent victims of rotting windows. Our house is almost 10 years old and many people in our area are having this problem. My most recent quote to fix them is over $9000 with a recommendation to have them maintained/inspected annually. I haven't gotten a quote yet to replace them all but my neighbor has and his quote is over $80,000. I would welcome any insights. I can't believe consumers are supposed to accept the idea that their windows are only good for 10 years!
