I live in Media, Pa in a nighborhood of 7 - 9 yr old, $600K and up homes ... most of my Caradco windows are rotting, I know that several of my neighbors have replaced them. Supposedly, I have no recourse as I am not the original owner ... so I'd be interested in finding out about a class action myself. Friends I know who are builders tell me that installing what appear to be untreated pine window frames over masonry is bound to cause problems.
