In reply to do it your self sewer cleaning by Bill Fill on August 13th, 2002 10:40 PM [Go to top of thread]

THIS IS A QUESTION I REALLY NEED ANSWERED. ALL THE SITES I HAVE LOOKED AT SO FAR, TALK ABOUT ROOTS INSIDE SEWER LINE. WHAT IF, WELL IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE THE ROOTS ARE ALL AROUND IT CIRCLING THE LINE NOT ACTUALLY INSIDE THE LINE. DO I STILL USE COPPER SULFATE AROUND THE PIPE. I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN TO TOILET OFF. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE. I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED TO SEE ROOTS, WHEN I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY DRAINS (ANY OF THEM) AND IN A WEEKS TIME JUST ONE TOILET STARTS TO BACK UP,(THE TUB RIGHT NEXT TO IT IS HAVING NO PROBLEMS AT ALL) OR ANY OF MY OTHER PLUMBLING IS HAVING A PROBLEM. PLEASE LET ME HAVE YOUR OPINION ON WHAT ACTION I SHOULD TAKE. 1. USE COPPER OR 2. CALL PLUMBER, OR 3. MOVE (JUST KIDDING ON 3)

THANK YOU

LISA
