The only risk I really see here is roots entering and clogging the drainfield lines. As long as the garden's plantings don't allow large root systems, you are more likely to have that problem from any nearby trees.

As long as you aren't flushing industrial wastes down your loo, you should be okay. In fact, the likelihood of the waste rising above your water table is low, and the filtration of the soil and the plant systems themselves should be more than enough to protect you.

Enjoy your garden, and have your septic system serviced regularly...
