Romoving urine odor from hardwood floors

We just moved into a house where cats urinated on the carpets. The carpets and padding have been removed and the oak flooring has been washed with amonia and water (in one room) and with Murphy's Oil Soap (in other room). The odors persist. Help is appreciated. We will be recovering floors with carpet, so appearance of wood floor is not important. Thanks.
