As usual for Rockwell tools, the first place to check is the people who own the line. Rockwell was bought by Delta and Delta has a fair amount of parts for older equipment that was made by Rockwell. If you have a new Delta tool, check for the closest source listed in it for repairs, or check your phone book. While there is a lot of variation, my experience is that the higher you can go in the distribution chain, the better info you will get. You can also check Delta's web site but I'm a couple of miles from the Delta distributor for the state and that has been a great source for me.
