I have settled on putting ceramic tile on the floor of a small bathroom we are renovating. I have a few questions about this.
1)Do I have to rip up the lino (It's old) to get to the concrete underneath (I can see it in an exposed edge.
2) Does this old lino(I don't know how old it is) contain asbestos.
3) Can I still rip it off with a protective mask or should I can in a specialized asbestos removal company?
4) Does the concrete underneath have to be absolutely clean before I can lay tile?
