After 35 years in sales, I have found that occasionally you have to deal with people who think that you can run your business or your life better than you can and will try to make your life miserable to prove it. I have found that the best way to resolve this is just to ignore them and go on to the next thing. Terry's handling of his problem pretty much demonstrates that Sears might not be as much of the problem as Terry.

The people that post here have no relationship with Sears other than trying to help people with the problems that they bring to the Sears sponsored board. So resolving Terry's problem should be easy. He just needs to wait until the real *** **** posts on the board and tell him about it then.

P.S. It sure would not bother me if the board administrators deleted all of Terry's posts and contacted his ISP about his actions and threats.
