Rewiring a 3-way switch that controls 2 switched outlets

I just moved in to a new home. In the master bedroom I have 2 light switches, one next to the door and one next to the bed. They both control switched outlets neat to the bed. I want to put a ceiling fan in. I have run a piece of 12-3 from the ceiling fan to the switch by the door witch is already hooked up with a 12-3 or 14-3 from the switch next to the bed. The switch next to the bed has the same piece of 12-3 or 14-3 and a 12-2 or 14-2 from the outlet. How do I wire it to make both switches work the ceiling fan? I donít need the switched outlets to work. Both top and bottom can be hot all the time.
Thanks
